The Service encompasses asset scanning and tracking capabilities, smart contract interaction interfaces, community-driven protocol recovery initiatives, and a referral reward system. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet certain requirements. You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you are not accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited; (iii) you maintain full control and authority over your cryptocurrency wallets; and (iv) your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The Service facilitates the recovery of digital assets from protocols that no longer maintain active front-end interfaces. While we strive to provide reliable recovery services, we make no guarantees regarding the successful recovery of all assets. Users are required to verify all transaction details prior to confirmation, and acknowledge that recovery services are subject to various factors including, but not limited to, blockchain network conditions and smart contract states.
The Service offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards by sharing their unique referral codes. Participation in the referral program is subject to our reward policy, which may be modified at our discretion. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to the termination of your account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Users participating in our community platforms (including but not limited to X, Telegram, and YouTube) must adhere to our community guidelines. These guidelines govern the sharing of referral codes, user interactions, and content creation. Users are solely responsible for their conduct and content within our communities. We maintain the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content or users that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.
Users acknowledge that interacting with smart contracts carries inherent risks. The Service provides interface access to smart contracts but does not modify their underlying logic. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding smart contract functions before interaction. The Service shall not be held liable for any losses arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, errors, or user mistakes. Users explicitly acknowledge and accept all risks associated with blockchain technology and smart contract interactions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the Service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time with or without notice. Changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in our content; or (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service.
